Dark Roast Coffee

Dark roast is a roast style, not a grade. Taken further through the roast, these coffees come out bolder and lower in acidity, with the roast itself leading: dark chocolate, treacle, toasted nuts. They cut through milk and hold their shape in an espresso machine or a cafetiere.

This collection mixes blends and single origins, so browse it by strength and body rather than by provenance. Our blends are built from high quality single origin coffees and chosen for balance in the cup. Where a coffee here is speciality grade, its own page says so.

Everything is small batch roasted at our Glasgow roastery and despatched within one to two working days of roasting.
