Roasting:
Upon their arrival at our Norfolk Kings Lynn roastery, our master roasters take the reins. Using our vintage Whitmee and Probat gas roasters, each bean variety is roasted individually to perfection. They are then blended to create a rich dark roast that combines the best attributes of each origin. This process showcases the expertise of our artisan roasters and promises a taste sensation reminiscent of classic Italian roasts.
