Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you receive repeat deliveries, based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details are stored securely and you are charged for each delivery, unless you choose a prepaid plan, in which case you pay for the full term upfront.

You can pause, change, or cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to manage your subscription, or use the link in any of your order confirmation emails. Changes made before your next billing date take effect immediately.

Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not want a subscription to renew, cancel it before the renewal date.
