These terms explain how we sell coffee, brew equipment, gifts and related products through wearecoffeeco.com. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We Are Coffee Co is the trading name of UK Health Supplements Ltd, a UK coffee business. We roast coffee near Glasgow and sell coffee for home, gifting, subscription and business use.

## Products
We do our best to describe every product accurately, including weight, grind, format, origin and tasting notes. Coffee is a natural product, so flavour can vary slightly between roast batches and seasons.
Product images are for guidance. Packaging, labels and presentation may change from time to time, but we will always aim to keep the product clear and accurate.
## Orders
When you place an order, Shopify will send an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order. We may contact you if there is a stock issue, address issue, payment issue or anything else that prevents fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, stock issue or misuse of the website.
## Pricing And Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Prices may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Payment is handled securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store full card details on our own systems.
## Stock Availability
We work to keep product availability accurate, but coffee and gift stock can move quickly. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will contact you with the option to wait, swap to a suitable alternative or receive a refund for the affected item.
## Delivery
Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless a service is explicitly sold as guaranteed.
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We cannot be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
## Returns And Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for returns, refunds and cancellation information. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos where relevant.
## First Bag Guarantee
We stand behind your first bag of coffee. If you are not satisfied with your first bag, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. One guarantee per customer on first order.
## Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are managed through the subscription tools connected to our Shopify store. You can manage, pause or cancel eligible subscriptions through your customer account or subscription portal, subject to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
## Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, copy content for commercial use without permission or use the website in a way that breaks applicable law.
## Intellectual Property
The We Are Coffee Co name, branding, product copy, photography, graphics and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without written permission.
## Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under UK consumer law. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect losses where you use the site or products for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page is the current version. By continuing to use the website after changes are published, you agree to the updated terms.
## Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer law gives you different rights.
