Refund policy

All returns, refund and replacement queries should be emailed to hello@wearecoffeeco.com with your order number. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Unwanted items. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original sealed packaging. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 working days.

Your first bag. Your first order is covered by our First Bag Guarantee: if you are not happy with your first bag, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it, or refund it on request. See our Shipping Policy for the full terms.

Damaged or faulty items. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos and we will put it right.

Subscriptions. Cancelling a subscription stops future deliveries; see our Cancellation Policy. Orders already dispatched are covered by the returns terms above.
