# Shipping Policy

We roast in Glasgow and fulfil online orders through our current UK delivery setup. Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout before you pay.

## Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is sent using a tracked 2 to 3 working day Royal Mail service where available.

FREE UK DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £30. Orders below the free delivery threshold show the current delivery charge at checkout.

## Expedited Delivery

A next working day option is available at checkout for eligible orders and addresses, subject to cut off times shown at checkout.

## Dispatch Timing

We aim to dispatch orders promptly on working days. During busy periods, bank holidays, launches or severe weather, dispatch and delivery can take longer.

If there is a stock or fulfilment issue with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

## UK Delivery Area

We deliver across mainland UK and Northern Ireland. Delivery options for your postcode will be shown at checkout.

## Special Delivery Requests

Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and other non-standard delivery destinations may not be supported by our standard checkout. Contact us before ordering at hello@wearecoffeeco.com and we will confirm whether we can arrange delivery to your address.

## International Delivery

International delivery is not currently configured. If we add international delivery later, the available countries, services and prices will be shown at checkout.

## Tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking link will be sent by email after dispatch. Tracking can take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

## Missing Or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@wearecoffeeco.com with your order number.

We may ask you to check safe places, household members, neighbours and local delivery offices while we investigate with the carrier.

## Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will put it right.

## First Bag Guarantee

If you are not happy with your first bag of We Are Coffee Co coffee, contact us at hello@wearecoffeeco.com within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it with another coffee of your choice. If you would rather have your money back, we will refund you instead. The guarantee covers 227g and 1kg bags on your first order, one per customer. Gift sets are excluded. Standard returns for subsequent orders are covered in our Refund Policy.
