Frequently Asked Questions

Our Coffee

Where Do You Source Your Coffee From?

We source our coffee from local growers and producers all over Central and South America, Africa, and Asia. Our popular ‘San Lorenzo’ range is produced in Brazil by the 1,150 coffee farmers of the San Lorenzo group. In Indonesia, our 'Burni Telong' range is produced by 60 smallholders who produce about 500kg – 1000kg of green coffee per year.

How Is Your Coffee Roasted?

Our coffee is carefully hand-roasted in small batches with vintage white flame roasters, nurturing the rich and aromatic flavours that they have to offer.

What Types Of Coffee Do You Offer?

We offer five different coffee grinds: Green Bean, Whole Bean, Cafetiere, Filter and Espresso.
