First-Bag Guarantee

We're confident you'll love your coffee. If your first bag isn't for you, we'll replace it, on us.

How it works

Try your first bag. If you're not happy with it, for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement free of charge, so keep the original, there's nothing to send back. Choose the same coffee or try a different one. Prefer not to receive more coffee? We'll refund that first bag instead, just ask.

The details

  • Applies to your first order of any coffee, in 227g or 1kg, whether one-time or on subscription.
  • One claim per customer.
  • Gift sets aren't covered, but if there's ever a problem with a gift, get in touch and we'll always do our best to put it right.
  • To claim, email hello@wearecoffeeco.com with your order number and we'll sort it.

We roast in small batches and stand behind every bag. If something isn't right, we want to know.
