"We're passionate about our coffee and are confident in its quality. That's why we offer a Product Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not entirely satisfied with the taste and quality of our coffee, here's what we promise:
- Taste Guarantee: If you're not 100% satisfied with the taste of our coffee, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We value feedback and will work with you to find a blend that suits your palate or offer a refund for the purchased product.
- Easy Returns: While we won't require you to return the opened coffee bag, we might ask for feedback or a brief description of the issue to help us improve. If the product arrived damaged or you believe it's not fresh, please let us know.
- Full Refund: Once we've understood the concern, we'll process your refund. No need to send back the opened product.
- Quality Assurance: Every batch undergoes rigorous quality checks. If you believe the coffee isn't fresh or has any quality issues, please report it within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Please note that this guarantee applies to one bag of coffee per order. If multiple bags are ordered, only one opened bag can be refunded under this guarantee. All other bags must be unopened and in their original condition."
