Santa Hedwirges is a medium roast, single origin speciality coffee from the Cerrado Mineiro region of Brazil, flame-roasted in small batches in Glasgow by We Are Coffee Co. Grown at 1,230 metres altitude on Fazenda Salto — an 800-hectare farm run by Fabio and his sons — this natural-process arabica delivers plum and cherry notes with wild almond and a rich, dark chocolate body.
Brazil is the world's largest coffee producer, but most Brazilian coffee is commodity grade. Santa Hedwirges is different — it's a SCA-scored speciality lot from a family farm committed to quality and sustainability. The natural processing dries the whole cherry around the bean, adding sweetness and body. The medium roast balances origin character with approachable richness, scoring 84.25 on the SCA scale.

- Pairing: Chocolate, almonds, caramel treats, or with milk for a balanced flat white
