Mellow Morning Blend is a medium roast coffee combining beans from Brazil, Papua New Guinea and India, blended and flame-roasted in small batches in Glasgow by We Are Coffee Co. As the name suggests, this is a gentle, approachable coffee — sweet chocolate and toasted nuts with tropical fruit notes and warm allspice, designed for easy everyday drinking.

We created Mellow Morning for people who want a consistently smooth, balanced cup without sharp acidity or heavy bitterness. The Brazilian base provides chocolate sweetness, the Papua New Guinea adds subtle fruit character, and the Indian beans bring body and warmth. The medium roast keeps everything smooth and rounded.
