Upon their arrival at our Norfolk Kings Lynn roastery, our master roasters take charge. Using our vintage Whitmee and Probat gas roasters, each bean variety is roasted individually to highlight its unique characteristics. They are then blended to create a balanced medium roast that combines the best attributes of each origin. This process showcases the expertise of our artisan roasters and promises a taste sensation that's truly unforgettable.
