White label coffee is coffee made by a roaster and sold under your brand. You choose the coffee, we roast and pack it with your label on it, and you sell it as your own. With us there are two routes: put one of our existing coffees under your label, with no minimum order and a lead time of 2 to 3 weeks, or develop a new product with us from samples.
The short answer
- Route one, our coffees: single origins, blends, decaf and flavoured coffee, as whole beans or ground, under your label. No minimum order. Ready 2 to 3 weeks after your label design is signed off.
- Route two, something new: mushroom, protein and mineral coffees, teas and hot chocolates, developed from samples. Minimums apply, there is a new product development (NPD) fee that comes off your first order, and timing is agreed per project.
- Included with both: label design (or use your own artwork) and a label check against food labelling law and claims rules.
- Where it is made: roasted and packed at our SALSA certified facility in Glasgow.
White label or private label?
The two terms are often used as if they mean the same thing. In practice, white label usually means an existing product sold under your brand, and private label usually means a product made to your own specification. Our route one is white label in that sense, and route two is private label. You do not need to know which one you want before you get in touch: tell us what you want to sell and we will point you to the right route.
Route one: our coffees under your brand
This is the quickest way to launch a coffee with your name on it. You pick from our single origins, blends, decaf and flavoured coffees, as whole beans or ground, and we pack it under your label. We have ten blends ready to go and dozens of blend recipes to draw on. Our flavourings are all natural, and if you want a flavour we do not yet carry, we can develop it as a new product.
Samples are free; you cover the shipping. There is no minimum order when you choose an existing coffee in a simple pack and label. The 2 to 3 week lead time starts once your label design is signed off, and it includes 3 to 5 business days for the labels at a specialist printer.
Route two: a new product, built around your brief
If you want something nobody else sells, we develop it with you. That could be a mushroom coffee with lion's mane or reishi, a protein coffee including collagen, or a mineral coffee, made as a coffee, a tea or a hot chocolate. You get two rounds of samples, a spec sheet, and lab testing where the product needs it, at ISO/IEC 17025 accredited labs.
Functional products need particular care on the label. In the UK, a product can only carry health claims that are authorised for use, and the wording has to match the conditions of use. That is why every label we produce is checked against food labelling law and claims rules before it goes to print.
Packs and print
We can find a pack for any size. The options include pouches, cardboard tubes with a ring-pull lid, tins, boxes (best for tea bags and hot chocolate), and cafetiere and filter sachets. The sachets are packed on our own machine with your branding, and sustainable options are available for most pack types.
Most labels are made by a specialist label printer that can do any finish and spec, including metallic and foil. Simple black and white labels can be printed in house.
What affects the price
We price every project by quote, because the cost depends on choices only you can make. The main ones are:
- The coffee itself: a single origin, a blend, decaf or a flavoured coffee.
- Beans or ground, and the pack type and size.
- The label finish: standard, metallic or foil.
- Order quantity, and for new products, the development work and testing.
- Where your stock goes: to you, your fulfilment partner or an Amazon warehouse.
How long it takes, stage by stage

What to have ready before you ask for a quote
- The kind of coffee or drink you want to sell, and who it is for.
- Beans or ground, and roughly how much you expect to order.
- Your logo or artwork, or a sense of the look you want if we are designing it.
- Where it needs to go: one delivery to you, or stored and sent out for you.
We reply within one working day, typically the same day, with a quote or any questions we have. Start on our white label page, or see everything we do for businesses on our business coffee page.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order for white label coffee?
Not when you choose one of our existing coffees in a simple pack and label. New products and tea bags have minimums, which we confirm when we quote.
How long does white label coffee take?
Our coffees under your label take 2 to 3 weeks once your label design is signed off, including 3 to 5 business days for the labels. New products are timed per project and agreed at the brief.
Can I try samples first?
Yes. Samples of our coffees are free and you cover the shipping. New product development includes two sample rounds.
Do you design the label?
Yes. Design is included, or you can send your own artwork. Every label is checked against food labelling law and claims rules before print.
Can you store and send out my orders?
We don't pick and pack individual customer orders ourselves. We deliver your finished stock, palletised if you need it, to you, your fulfilment partner or an Amazon warehouse. Tell us what you need when you enquire.
