Our Mellow Morning Blend brings together the aromatic coffee regions of the Asia Pacific with the vibrant terrains of South America. It is designed to be your perfect everyday coffee , approachable, comforting, and consistently smooth.

The Asian Pacific component provides body and a subtle spice note, while the South American beans bring sweetness and a clean chocolate finish. Roasted to a medium profile, this blend is deliberately forgiving across brew methods , equally at home in a cafetière, filter, or espresso machine.

My new go to bean!

I have tried so many different beans and I am always finding myself going back to ‘We Are Coffee Co’ their packaging is great and comes with a sealing strip for re sealing.

The Mellow Mornings is my favourite, lovely medium roast with a great sweet taste, you can defiantly tell these beans are pretty freshly roasted due to the amount of crema you can create.

Don’t even think about buying any other beans, these are fantastic.

A very good coffee

Ground in a manual grinder, brewed in a cafetière and served in a mug with a splash oat milk and half a teaspoon of Muscovado sugar. It’s not the strongest of coffee and it looks very clear after brewing but the end result is an incredibly smooth tasting coffee, with chocolate and fruit notes breaking through but in no way over-powering the taste of the coffee. I do sometimes prefer something stronger and more bitter for my first mug of the day, but thereafter this will be fine.
